What we collect
When you submit a request we collect what you enter: name, phone, email, property address, utility, approximate bill, property characteristics, and any notes. We also record technical information (IP address, browser, the page you arrived on, and campaign tags from the link you clicked) to understand which channels reach you and to prevent abuse.
How we use it
To respond to your request, prepare a property review, and communicate with you about solar, storage or EV-charging options for your property. If you consented on the form, we may contact you by phone, text and email, including with automated technology; you can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text or emailing Info@IslanderSolar.net. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Who we share it with
With the licensed contractor partner and service providers (email delivery, hosting, analytics) needed to serve your request. We do not sell your information. If you pursue a Tesla commercial charging program, information you authorize may be shared with Tesla, Inc. as part of that process.
Cookies and analytics
This site may use analytics and advertising pixels (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel) to measure how visitors reach us from social media. You can limit these through your browser or platform settings.
Retention and your choices
We keep lead records as long as needed to serve you and meet legal obligations. Email Info@IslanderSolar.net to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information.
